Returns or Exchanges:

If you change your mind or if the received items were defective caused by non-artificial reasons, or damaged during shipping, we can exchange or refund for you.

For any exchange, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories.

Our policies last for 14 days since the purchase time, we are sorry that we can’t offer any return, exchange or refund after 14 days.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
